Directions for use

  1. Daily Use:
    Mix 1 FL OZ (30mL or 2 tablespoons) with 6 FL OZ (180mL) or more of plain or carbonated water. Drink once daily.
  2. During Fasting:
    Mix 1.2 - 1.6 cups (300 - 400mL) of HAKKO CLEANSE with 7.5 - 10 cups (1,800 - 2,400mL) of water or carbonated water. Take small sips (2-3 sips every half hour) to help stabilize blood sugar levels.
